This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic couple to
operate and manage this successful and established 51 room motel,
conveniently located in one of Sydney's growth suburbs. With a country
feel, friendly & relaxed customers, this property offers high 3.5 star
accommodation & breakfast.
This business has thrived on the unique customer service experience and
excellent location, resulting in significant repeat and referral business
and year on year growth.
The successful Management Couple will be responsible for continuing this
legacy, through their operational style and commitment to the guest
experience.
While completely responsible for the day to day management of the motel,
the managers will also be strongly involved in the local area sales &
marketing activities to ensure the continued growth of the business.
The successful candidates will ideally have experience in sales, front
office management or high level customer service roles and have a
hospitality track record or similar experience. Candidates will be required
to demonstrate IT competency, organisational efficiency, have experience
managing a small team of committed staff and most importantly exhibit a
genuine desire and enthusiasm for delivering a great guest experience.
